About Our Company
Brief History
Established in 1996, BB Engineers Co. emerged in compliance with the provisions of RA 544, otherwise known as the Civil Engineering Law, and the requirements of Department Order No. 195 Series of 1992 of the Department of Public Works and Highways. These two (2) statutory measures restricted the practice of engineering consultancy to single proprietorship or partnerships for all locally funded projects of the government.
The formative years of the company was aided in no small measure by the presence of its sister company, CODES Consultants Inc., (an engineering consultancy corporation established in 1978) from which the partnership initially drew expertise, personnel, and clientele.
The intervening years saw a dramatic rise in both the clientele and scope of services offered by BB Engineers Co., as it evolved into an established engineering consultancy services provider, distinct from CODES Consultants Inc. Its growth is a testament to the company’s ability to deliver timely and cost effective engineering consultancy services, as envisioned by the founding partners.
The company envisions being the preferred engineering consultancy services provider. Its objective is to ensure on-time delivery of contracted engineering consultancy services. This means 100% on-time completion and delivery of key engineering services in accordance with the agreed schedule. Given this key performance indicator, the Company shall direct its available resources and efforts towards achieving this target.

Renewable energy is the wave of the future.
