COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN & DRAFTING (CADD) SERVICES

BB Engineers offers professional CADD services for all types of detailed engineering design and geodetic engineering requirements.

Review and inventory of existing facilities phase
Field investigations (topographic survey, geotechnical investigation, hydrologic study, geological survey)
Review of existing design standards; revise, if necessary
Detailed engineering design (structural, mechanical, electrical, civil works, roads, drainage, water supply, bridges, etc.)
Construction materials survey and evaluation
Value engineering and detailed cost estimates
Preparation of specifications
Parcellary survey and titling

Review of contract drawings and specifications, clarify ambiguous provisions, request for revisions if necessary
Preparation of updated construction schedule, S curve, and cash flow
Preparation and implementation of quality control plan
Preparation of construction management system (request for inspection, manpower and equipment report forms, concreting requests, installation requests, etc)
Monitoring of construction progress, regular inspection of the works, quality control
Materials inspection
Conduct weekly coordination meetings, take down Minutes of Meeting
Acceptance of the works, rejection of substandard work, initiate remedial measures
Assess Contractor’s periodic billings, recommend payment
Evaluate requests for variation orders, recommend acceptance or rejection
In consultation with the Owner, issue Certificate of Completion upon completion of the works and compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract
Evaluate necessity for liquidated damages, recommend to Owner
Check Contractor submission of “as built” drawings, recommend acceptance if submission is acceptable
Recommend release of retention if warranted
Testing
Commissioning
